Guangzhou Jusheng Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has completed the installation of a new, state-of-the-art production line exclusively dedicated to manufacturing engine gasket kits for excavators. The new line represents a significant investment in automated cutting, precision molding, and quality inspection equipment.

The dedicated gasket production line features:

• High-tonnage molding presses for composite and rubber gasket forming
• Multi-layer steel (MLS) assembly stations for cylinder head gaskets

This specialized line increases Jusheng's monthly gasket production capacity by 50%, allowing the company to better serve growing demand from both OEM partners and aftermarket distributors. The line is capable of producing gasket kits for all major excavator engine families, including Caterpillar C-Series, Komatsu SA6D, Hitachi/Isuzu 6HK1 and 4HK1, Volvo D-Series, Mitsubishi 6D3, Yanmar TNV, Kubota V, and Cummins B/C Series engines.
